01 / THE NISCASZEL APPROACH

A clear path.
From source to supply.

We connect water-solution consultancy with OEM-branded equipment, components and replacement parts.

NisCasZel Private Limited works with Indian manufacturing partners to translate water requirements into defined processes, approved equipment specifications and documented supply. Our brand stands for transparency, reliability and credibility.

We are entering ODM-to-OEM framework agreements with Make in India factories. Each order confirms the manufacturing scope, NCZ branding rights, origin, product documentation and acceptance criteria before manufacture.

02 / APPLICATION-LED CONSULTANCY

Source-water analysis guides the process blueprint, equipment schedule and output specification. Drinking-water output is assessed against applicable IS 10500 requirements through agreed laboratory testing and acceptance inspection.

SENSOR-READY EQUIPMENT / OPTIONAL PROJECT SCOPE

Measure the demand.
Make reuse count.

A proposed monitoring and control layer for NCZ equipment. Integration is engineered per project; this page is an illustration, not a live monitoring service.

Use suitable treated water again before requesting additional source water.

Meter source intake, treatment output, reclaimed-water supply and demand zones. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual summaries reveal consumption, reuse volumes, losses and changes in demand. A planning agent can recommend a demand buffer using occupancy, festive seasons and scheduled events.

01 / OBSERVE

Build a reliable baseline.

Validate meter calibration and timestamps. Compare periods with similar occupancy, production and weather; distinguish estimated readings from measured data.

02 / PLAN

Keep a sensible reserve.

Start with representative average demand, then adjust for peaks and events. Size the buffer within usable tank capacity, turnover and water-quality limits.

03 / REUSE

Release by quality and duty.

Prioritise compliant reclaimed water for approved duties such as flushing, irrigation or suitable process use. Potable and non-potable networks remain separated.

ILLUSTRATIVE WATER BALANCE

Explore the 40% target.

Adjust the assumptions to see how suitable reuse could reduce source intake. Sensors provide the evidence; treatment capacity, water quality and eligible demand determine the result.

Assumes a baseline supplied entirely from source water, unchanged demand, and reusable volume already net of treatment losses. Buffer represents usable storage planning, not additional daily consumption.

Demand + storage buffer11.5 m³

Water safety sets the boundaries.

Any agent recommends setpoints within an approved operating plan. A commissioned PLC/controller, quality interlocks and operator authority govern valves and pumps. Failed or stale readings trigger alarms and the engineered safe state. Online sensors do not replace required laboratory tests, and reuse water is not assumed safe for drinking.

Design ambition: at least 40% lower source-water intake where feasible. This is a project target, not a proven NCZ-wide saving. Verify it against an agreed, normalised baseline and metered source intake over a defined reporting period, including treatment losses and changes in tank storage. Reuse share alone is not proof of avoided source consumption.

ENVIRONMENTAL CREDIBILITY

We prioritise measured outcomes, traceable product evidence and appropriately scoped certification. ISO certifications remain in progress. Issued certificates are shared with their exact product, site or management-system scope and validity.

04 / THE QUALITY & SUPPLY JOURNEY

Confidence follows
a documented process.

  1. Define & bid

Translate buyer requirements into a model-specific offer for catalogue purchases, L1 comparisons or competitive bids, as the channel permits. Catalogue development is informed by historical procurement demand; each offer is checked against the current buyer specification.

  2. Place the factory order

After award, issue the approved requirements to the manufacturing partner under the agreed ODM-to-OEM framework, quality plan and NCZ branding scope.

  3. Test & document

The factory inspects equipment and components, records applicable functional and performance tests, and prepares traceability and warranty documentation.

  4. Independent pre-dispatch inspection

Arrange TÜV SÜD inspection for quality and compliance against the order-specific inspection plan, subject to confirmed engagement, scope and inspector availability. Non-conformities must be resolved before release.

  5. Release, protect & deliver

Review inspection evidence and warranty registration, approve release, and coordinate suitable packaging and transportation to the client location. Supply the agreed documentation with the goods.

Certification you can trace.

BIS certification is claimed only where a valid applicable licence covers the product, model, manufacturing site and permitted brand scope. NCZ branding alone does not certify an item. The quotation identifies applicable standards, licence evidence, testing, inspection and warranty terms.

PROCUREMENT REACH

India-led. Internationally connected.

NCZ is registered as a supplier across government and private procurement channels, including UNGM, UNICEF and other international procurement channels.

Supplier registration does not imply an award, endorsement, partnership or automatic eligibility. Tender and buyer requirements apply to every opportunity. Registration and compliance documents are available on request.
